During the Ramsgate FESTIVAL of sound the boating pool paid a big part in the entertainment.One of the last events was Twos Company a great duo. The bar on one side run by the Ravensgate pub supplied all the drinks..On the other side of the pool is an excellent cafe which will remain open during the Autumn and winter.

A very nice relaxing sea side country area with views over the English channel from Deal round to Ramsgate. Cafe operating under strict distancing rules at present selling most types of basic English food, from breakfasts to lunches, hot or cold takeaway. Free parking nearby
Very friendly. The interior has been done up with an open fire in the back room. Well worth a visit
