Have used before and very good. Saturday night however was a disaster for service and food. Only 2 people working phone ringing constantly people waiting upwards of 1 hour and our food was not hot when we finally got it home. They work very hard but really should get help for weekend rush. Will still use just week days.

Always been good but will not be returning as Ashford Borough Council has recently awarded only 1 star out of 5 for ‘Scores on the Doors’ with ‘major improvement required’ and ‘Poor food hygiene’
Very slow, waited over an hour for food. Far too many people in such a small space. At one point there were 9 people in there. No social distancing measures at all being followed. Won't go there again
Rainbow Chinese always hits the spot. Top notch.
We have been using The Rainbow for our Chinese takeaways for 10 years, or more and in that time I can honestly say we have never had a bad meal, and never had the wrong items in our order. Prices are and always have been reasonable and the owners/ chefs are always polite and friendly. We highly recommend Rainbow ( and no, we aren't friends or relatives of the owners!)
