Great service and nice friendly family vibes but unfortunately the food lets them down... way too overpriced for what it was...London prices for sub-par pub food...also, the butternut squash lentil wellington had next to no butternut squash in it... no massive deal and I wasn't going to complain but then we noticed afterwards they also forgot the carrots despite being advertised on the menu and also they added chickpeas which wasn’t on the menu... what if we were allergic?

Brilliant for families - Just needs baby changing facilities ️ Hand Pressed Beef burger was delicious and so was the Pork & Apple pie and mash. There are animals on site and a very friendly pub dog! They even got a 2 day old chick out to show our daughter. Service was very good.
Omg wot a beautiful meal we had, the chef came up and asked if the meal was ok, never ever has a chef come out and asked us that, the food was amazin, we wanted to take the chef home with us, the manager was a friendly and beautiful lady, thankyou for a lovely evein, shame we r goin bk home to birmingham tomorrow, when we come bk we will be seein u again every evein, thankyou, amanda hart xxx

Had the carvery Sunday lunch - very underwhelming. Great staff and friendly environment though, just food was a massive letdown on this occasion.
