Visited after staying at Blackhall Lodges and the Sunday dinner was absolutely fantastic. It was our first lunch out since March and we couldn't have chosen anywhere better locally in Northumberland nevermind on our holidays in Wales. We would absolutely come back if we were down that neck of the woods again. a lovely pub with outstanding food and service. Free WiFi is a nice touch too.

Great food can't knock it friendly welcoming staff
Fantastic little country pub feeling, but with big city food. 2nd time myself & my family have been here now. Staff, food & service is better than some of the big name restaurants I have been to in Birmingham. Highly recommend this place. But I guess booking is essential.
Excellent, reasonably priced food, served by the most efficient and friendly staff I've come across for a long time. Lovely ambience in a room with a roaring fire and all freshly decorated. Super.
Had a lovely time the other night with my girlfriend. Great food and great service!
