The Quicken Tree

Valentines dinner evening was exquisite . Delivered on time and a good sign was sharp intakes of pleasure breath from both of us as we enjoyed how it looked and as we ate.

This place is really lovely. Warm clean and friendly. Car park is large. We went for a winter's afternoon tea with mulled wine it was lovely a selection of sandwiches with a small cup of soup and a selection of cakes and a pot of tea witch was lovely. Went down a treat on a cold morning. The atmosphere was lovely calm and relaxing. Staff were so friendly. The bar room is really nice with the lovely seating area and the tables with the light is are amazing. The quicken tree is at the Heart of England conference centre and has loads to see and do a good day out for the kids and a snack and bar area for the adults.

We had a really lovely afternoon tea with Pimms afterwards. It was a really great deal from Groupon. We asked if there was a possibility of meat free sandwiches, but only asked at the last minute. The vegetarian sandwiches were particularly delicious and we forgot to thank the chef for them and forgot to say how delicious they were and how grateful we were! The scones were so light and delicious too , as were the cakes! .. we had a great afternoon .. We even had a second pot of tea and coffee! .. The staff were very nice .. So, thank you for a really lovely afternoon tea!

What a great place to forget about what's going on in the world and feel safe at the same time.... Great food great staff and the surroundings are fantastic.... Its well worth the drive... And the views are fantastic we will be back regularly

Excellent place to take your kids and enjoy yourself too. A friend of mine introduced me to this place recently and wished I had known about it earlier in the season, as I certainly would have visited more often. It has lots of things for the little ones and a place to relax and have a drink for the big ones, would highly recommend
