Visited the queenshead on the 16/11/19. Called at 17.40pm and had the table booked for 6pm for a family of 5. Even though they were busy they made every effort to accommodate us. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff. The food was quickly at our table and order was perfect first time. No complaints and the bill was a pleasant surprise. Great value for money. I would hope that the queens would perhaps upgrade their steak supplier though. For the price I paid the quality was as expected and enjoyable. I'd have happily paid a bit more for a more premium cut of meat (just a suggestion and no way a negative criticism). Thoughtful looked after and had a great evening. Thank you for all your hard work. We will be back

Had my birthday lunch meal here today and WOW. Cant fault anything. I'm vegetarian and lots of choice, and as for the chips they are the best I've ever had. Wonderful attentive friendly staff. Piping hot tasty meals, and a beautiful traditional country pub setting. A place not to be missed.
