Great food and pleasent staff
Nice local pub. People are a pleasure to meet and converse with. The food served if something to see or, importantly, try. But a pub that is probably underrated but made fantastic by the staff that run a great establishment. Great garden. No sky or BT sport which probably helps the pub!
Great pub good food lovely people
Lovely welcome and superb Sunday lunch very big portions with a nice big jug of gravy.. For me this can make or break a dinner!! Didn't book but we did arrive about 20 mins after it opened so easy to get a table. I would advise booking as the pub isn't huge but you may be OK sitting outside, weather permitting. Friendly staff - nothing seems too much. Will definitely be going back!
