I was taken ill on17/02/2021.I was referred to QEH by the 111 service. I was suffering from worsening coved -19 symptoms. I was attended in the covid19 emergency department . I’m of BAME background . I was very anxious and terrified . I was met by a nurse Laura who explained and check vitals. She offers reassurance . She was very professional and vey kind . I felt at easy. Throughout the experience in the emergency department , I was attended by nurses, healthcare assistants X-ray professionals not forgetting the medical professional and consultants. I’m so so thankful of the hard work, and the exceptional work which you showed to me. There was continuation of care from emergency department to Oxborough ward where I met an exceptional team who took great care of me . I can’t thank you enough . Thank you for all the great work you do. It’s vey much appreciated . Charlotte Dhabha Patient

Liason services. During covid 19 I had a disagreement with pathology and the liason team helped to compromise. Thank you.

My son's partner recently gave birth to our beautiful grand daughter at the hospital. They were most impressed with the care they received from Lottie and her colleagues. thank you. Can we see this level of care and. energy applied to. people waiting for urgent operations pertaining to their mobility?
