Huge potential as the soft play is fun and well made, but the service is poor. I often find myself waiting to be served for ages - and often staff pass by the corridor which adjoins the service desk, and don't even acknowledge you are waiting. It's really frustrating to have to stand and wait for ages whilst you're also trying to keep an eye on your child - or they are crying for the food or drink you're trying to order. It seems as though the same bank of staff is used to cover the café and the soft play - and this doesn't seem to be working effectively. We also seem to pay a different price every time we go. The parking is great in theory, but because the bays aren't marked, some people park very inconsiderately, taking up way too much space and reducing the parking capacity. I appreciate Tesco offering their parking area, but for a little one, that's quite a walk - especially if there is inclement weather.

My daughter had a lovely 2nd birthday party. Food was great and we also had coffees and extra food of the menu. Staff were fantastic and looked after us really well. Will definitely have a children's party here again.

On Sunday 4th July, The Quay Centre hosted my eldest son's 5th Birthday party with his friends and it couldn't have been more delightful. Huge thanks to Livy and all the team. The atmosphere, service, care and consideration was 5 star. Would highly recommend this venue and know we will be heading back to visit again soon. Thank you again. The Wright Family.

Came here on a rainy day whilst on holiday in Croyde and was greeted by lovely welcoming staff. Kids enjoyed the soft play and the food and service was excellent.

Well set out soft play. My girl was 1 at the time of writing this and with a little help she could use all of it. Coffee was awesome and the pizza was good too. Only drawback is limited parking but they do offer overflow in the local Tesco which is only a couple of mins walk away. Highly recommended as super chilled atmosphere (well in term time anyway!!)
