I recently purchased an afternoon tea for my friend, knowing it would be a lovely treat for her during this lockdown. The Pudding Pantry came really highly rated, the website was really easy to use and they also delivered straight to her door! I was so happy with my order. I was able to purchase one vegetarian and one vegan afternoon tea, so firstly they are incredibly accommodating to all needs but secondly, both types of afternoon tea were delicious. All for just under 30 for two which I think is so reasonable considering you do not even have to leave your house. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone in the area. Thoroughly impressed and I will definitely be coming back again!

Just had my afternoon tea for 2 delivery. Excellent service from the shop. Really helpful in sorting out alternatives for allergies. The cakes and sandwiches were great. Ordered extra cakes and they were really nice. Will definitely be returning for more. The packaging was also great.
Fantastic afternoon tea for 3, ordered for takeaway via their website. Was real treat for all of us and a great idea to offer it. Also been here many times for coffee, tea, cake and meals and always very decent. Staff also deserve a shout out. See you soon!
Have eaten here a couple of times, for both brunch and dessert. Food was of very high standard and tasty. Staff friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place!
I have visited the Sherwood and city location on many occasions. I visited with my friends yesterday. Whilst eating my pancakes I found a very long Blonde hair (we are all dark haired) mixed in with the whipped cream. I let the waitress know. She took the hair away but left the pancakes in front of me which was a little strange. She promised to discount the pancakes. Bill comes surprise surprise the pancakes are charged at full price. I mentioned the hair and they only discounted the pancakes by 50%. I expect a full refund if there’s hair in my food and I certainly don’t expect to have to ask for one. I felt too embarrassed to ask for a further refund so I just left it. My friend ended up leaving her brownie because it was stale. The table next to us also complained that the cheesecake was off and received no replacement. I have no idea what was going on yesterday.
