Great little bar this, best in todmorden in my opinion, staff really friendly and welcoming, cozy main bar area with seating upstairs too where the toilets are located, always a brilliant selection of cask and keg ales on every time I've been in at very reasonable prices, highly recommend calling in if you are in the vicinity

What a great little pub this is, has a small searing area upstairs which by the way are not too good if you have had a few too many sherberts. The pub used to be the old Butchers shop hence the well trodden stone stairs, the bar is well stocked with spirits etc. Cask ales are in the pumps. The young lady behind the bar was friendly and easy going and the overall atmosphere with the customers already there turned into a group conversation which was a little different than you would have in any other establishment even though we did not know anyone in there it was a great night. Due to the current Covid restrictions stand behind the lines to get served and sit your backside down or move away from the bar once you have your drinks. Would recommend anyone to visit this place if they are visiting the area.
A truly excellent diminutive pub! A great range of well-kept beers and interestingly distinctive non-alcoholic drinks. The Pub is in the centre of town, adjacent to the market. Thoroughly recommended.
