I rang the estate agency to ask them to come and do a valuation on my cottages as I remember Robin doing so in the past, although I did not then put the properties up for sale. Twice since then, I have phoned the agent to ask for a further valuation as I intend marketing one of the cottages early next year. The lady I spoke to seemed to know who I was immediately and treated me with disdain, saying that Robin has been round several times before and only if the property is going on the market immediately would someone be willing to come out. I explained early next year I want to put the property on the market and she treated me as if I was a complete time waster. I had to tell her that only once has Robin been to the property in the past! She was really quite rude and off hand, so I told her not to worry as I would find someone else who wanted my business.
Honest, efficient, professional. We sold our house with Robin and he couldn't have done more. Cannot recommend highly enough.
