Having to sell a property, where I could not be present to deal with any on site issues, it was important and reassuring to know that Kate and her team were able to respond to questions, problems and communicate back in a timely and effective way. They were thoroughly professional and helpful but also very personable. They obviously have a breadth of experience and contacts to cover most eventualities, which proved invaluable in my situation. I would certainly recommend their services.

If you're looking at selling your house, we cannot recommend The Property Hub enough. They dealt with the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. Communication is key and they kept us informed every step of the way. This is what set them apart from other agents. Kate and her team are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and always professional. 5 for both selling and buying through them. Thank you.
really upset that they force you to wear a mask and gloves insisting you have to legally, been on many viewings to rent and not one has been so arrogant, people have health issues and cant wear them and who wears gloves now! wont be using these people as unprofessional. edit.... I was not told they were elderly at all and gloves are worse to spread coronavirus so your not protecting them! the government dont tell you to wear gloves thats your own silly rules !
Karren and Kate have both been super helpful. Moved the property agreement along very fast for us and able to answer all our questions, always with a quick response. Everything was made extremely easy for us, we couldn’t of asked for a smoother process and very grateful for all their help! Would definitely use them again!
I have dealt with a lot of estate agents but the property hub were absolutely brilliant, very helpful and gave us plenty of information and help with applications. Karren and Kate kept us informed the whole time and made sure we had nothing to stress over! We can’t thank them enough! Definitely would recommend them, one of the best estate agents in Ross-on-Wye.
