This is a superb resource for traditional flour. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. The white flour makes great bread and your sourdough can be enhanced by the variety of other flours, rye, spelt, wholemeal.
Fantastic historic working windmill - well worth the visit, pick the right day and it's open for free and you can buy their outstanding flour at the same time
