Called in with a few friends on a weekday lunchtime having flown into Maypole airfield over the road. Booking on the phone was very straightforward. Excellent food from an extensive menu and friendly service. Sitting outdoors in the beer garden in the warm autumn sun was lovely so will definitely be returning sometime!

Me and my m8 are window fitters and call into a pub local to our job just for 1 pint after work everyday as we work all over South east,we found ourselves working about a mile down the road from this pub which we passed going to work in morning,we had a chat with our customer who said this pub is fantastic so we decided to call in.Now ive been to many pubs with my work m8 but this pub is undoubtedly our official number 1 and that's saying something.We were greeted upon arrival with secure covid procedures but then had to take a breath at the pubs warm welcoming British beauty in the form of decor ,staff and customers,we was only in there 5 mins and felt like a regular,we was invited to check out the garden which is really beautiful,child friendly and relaxing.The cherry on top was going for a cigarette in the smoking area out the front which is a beautiful 4 post hand made bamboo structure with heater and seating which needs to be seen to be believed,thanks all staff for tip top experience in you stunning pub,me and my m8 have told everyone,defo see us again soon,our number 1 boozer so far in Kent!
Lovely food although the wait was rather long but these are very exceptional times. Staff friendly and helpful. Recommend
Lovely lunch. Lots to choose from and the bonus of gluten free options. Delicious puds as well.
