Went here for Valentine's Day 2021. The food was absolutely delicious. Their staff was very helpful, attentive and well groomed. The place was very clean--CDC guidance and recommendations were being followed. Highly recommend!!!

Good service and excellent food. So for some time I've heard about the great food at Prime Street Grille but never tried them for myself. On a Saturday around 7pm, I requested a table without a reservation. After a 5 minute wait, I was seated. The server was attentive and friendly. I ordered the Cherry Pepper Calamari that was fried well. For dinner I had the lamb chops with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The chops melted in my mouth and everything was perfectly seasoned and prepared. For my first experience, it was stellar. I intend to return again and would recommend this restaurant to others.

Poor Online System and Customer Service. I went to place an online order today & their online ordering system rejected my order 3 times. I received an alert from my credit card for the order. Because I was using an Iphone the message that the online ordering was down did not come through. I called the restaurant & spoke with Nicole who informed me that this is happening to multiple customers; she also reached out to the manager. According to Nicole, there is nothing the manager can do because the order did not come through & because they are using a 3rd party vendor for online orders. She stated it was my responsibility to reach out to THIER vendor to get the additional service charges reversed. This is the worst experience I have had with Prime Street, they once had superior customer service, but to change my card over 400 and for the manager not to even come to the phone, I am truly disappointed. I will not be ordering from them again.

Broad menu ... will gave to return. Hubby had steak; I had grilled shrimp. Both meals delicious. Clean, attention to masking and sanitizing. Make a reservation! Strict about separation and you may not get a seat. Bar area fine for dining - high top tables, cloth tablecloths and napkins.

We always like eating at locally ownerd restaurants and this one never disappoints. Food is excellent
