Lovely little traditional pub with real ale. William Morris wallpaper, real fire and cosy seating. A lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.

Quirky local type ale drinkers pub with a good selection of beers. Let down by the rude bar staff. Told her the Carling tasted awful. She replied \yeah\ and walked off. Must have been offended at my choice of beverage!

A great pub on the edge of town, offering a good variety of well kept ales.

Great location for real ale and quiet conversation. The ale is very well kept and all the staff very friendly. A nice roaring fire welcomes u on arrival in the bar. Please note this is a non swearing pub which suits the regulars.
