Alway clean friendly staff was ther last week pity quit heading ther today again
Went on Saturday for the First time in Years. Big Disappointment. Things out of order. Rooms Dirty and Unclean - Rubbish Bins full and beds dirty. Has an issue about someone taking my Towel. Some left me a dirty towel with x cremate on the towel. Went to reception to get an New One. I explained what happened. And they said I would have to Pay 1 for anther Towel. Think they should learn the Hygiene rules for Saunas. Two little screaming Queens on desk, not a clue what to do and deal with Customers. Also the place is not finished open floors. Big Steam Room Closed again and again. The cost 15 what a joke for a dirty hole. Staff have a lot to be desired. Not a clue how to deal with Customers. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO DIRTY HOLE.
The bullying that goes on here is absolutely disappointing so guys are just rude and very unpleasant to other guys. This needs to stop it just abulitly appoling. Half the guys just take nasty stuff no need for this.
I started going there about 2 months ago and already addicted. The place is really nice, clean and the staff (Daniel and another young man) very friendly and helpful. They both come in and clean up regularly. Spacious steam room and sauna. Can be really busy, especially on Sundays.
