Fabulous seafood in an unpretentious setting. Good selection of wines, beers, ciders and spirits as well as soft drinks. Upmarket but not ludicrously priced. The langoustine were sublime and my companion and I both enjoyed lobster with chips. Pleasant Eton Mess, with a twist, to finish off the meal. Delightful staff.

A feast for the tastebuds, a virtual culinary heaven if you love seafood! There were two of us, so we were sitting in a not very comfortable place, but the quality of food more than made up for that. Baked halibut and monkfish, after starters of Sam's chowder and Lindisfarne oysters. Delightful! Would come again, if in the area. Great cuisine.
Good range of seafood on offer. The Lyndisfarne oysters were fantastic and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice of wines and beers. Overall something tasty to suit everyone. Very busy so you really need to book in advance. Dog friendly. Would definitely return to try out some of the other fish dishes on offer.
Great food, great service, 5 main course fish options on specials board extensive menu, squid starter probably the best we've had. Recommend booking here
