Posted a Ps5 with them, paid 25 for delivery which I was told would include the item being securely packaged. Waited 3 days for the item to actually get dispatched and then another week for it to actually get delivered. PS5 came with no outer packaging and it’s box was badly beat up, it’s a miracle it didn’t get stolen or broken in transit! In future I will probably use Royal Mail.
