Really cool pub and restaurant, with lovely, friendly staff, and in a great location. We ordered food, and the portions were really generous. The drinks were good too. After a windy walk to Talacre beach, we returned for some warm drinks, and the coffees were lovely, too. We loved the decor, with all of the knicknacks throughout, and it was decorated ready for Christmas, too. We parked right next to the pub, so didn't have to walk far. It was nice to see that dogs are welcome, too. This would be a great venue for a party!

Walked over from Prestatyn with the dogs, to grab lunch and a beer. The dogs weren't allowed in this time due to the pandemic rules, but we got a nice seat outside withe a dog bowl and water provided. I must say the guest beer and cider we had were both perfect, and really well kept. Food was good pub food. Been a lot before, will go again and again.

Have eaten here a few times but not since lockdown. Visited here with friends recently and had a fabulous meal. Had to sit outside as we had dogs but as the weather was nice this wasnt a problem. We also had to book a table but this was clearly reserved for us as arranged. They are operating a reduced menu at the moment but went for the dirty fries with chicken and coconut sauce. Was prepared to try something a little different but when it arrived it was just a box of breaded chicken, fries, chippy curry sauce and melted cheese. It was absolute heaven. Haven't eaten out since the start of lockdown and this was a delicious start to getting back out there. If they are still doing this dish when we return next month i will definitely have it again. Cannot recommend this dish any more highly.

Now this is a good pub. Looks great, music is great, people are friendly and the beer selection worked for me. It also just happens to be right beside a kind, idyllic beach. What more could you want.
