Visited the Plough on a Wednesday evening around 7pm with a work colleague after a recommendation from my wife. The new layout was excellent with hand sanitizer available on entry along with a track and trace QR code. The waitress was super efficient and the menu provided a superior range of food options thanks to Sean the new manager. Two drinks, two starters and 2 mains for less than 40 proved excellent value for money. I will recommend this pub/restaurant to my friends without hesitation.

This newly renovated pub is our local but this week we visited for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. They've done a great job with the place. It's really well set up for families and regulars, the eating area looks perfect and the beer garden is great too. Good beer, cocktails and a great selection of gin. We're trying the food this weekend but what we saw served to others looked really appetising. Friendly staff and the owner is really welcoming and made us feel at home. Social distancing, sanitiser and so on all adhered to. It's been well set up for this. Highly recommended.
Since it's recent take over. The Plough has changed massively. The looks, feel, the food and the service; amazing. Had a very nice meal today. The food was unreal and very filling. Compliments to the chef and staff.
Went in last Friday for the first time in years and i have to say how impressed i was - not only with the lovely new decor (which is by far the best fit out this place has ever had) but also the cvoid measures they have in place are spot on. The food menu has something for everyone and is reasonably priced. Staff were fantastic and friendly and even stopped to chat to everyone at the table. Food arrived and is by far the best pub grub i have eaten. The cheeseburger and garlic bread are very much reccomended.
Had a really nice meal here tonight, the hosts are really nice and couldn't be more helpful, the staff are brilliant and friendly also. Food was very tasty. Well worth a visit. Khloe is brilliant, even made us a swan to take home.
