We have had both a Sunday lunch and a Birthday evening meal recently at The Plough and both have been absolutely delicious. The food is beautifully presented and good portions with lots of lovely Gluten Free options. We will certainly be back and would recommend it to our friends and family.

Absolutely gorgeous dinner from the Plough delivered to home this evening. Perfect service from start to finish, Steve and Amanda are friendly, helpful and can't do enough for you. They've done a fab job throughout lockdown and providing an awesome covid safe service. The food is delicious, we so lucky to somewhere so close that does such wonderful vegan food! (the chickpea battered veg starter didn't last long enough to take a photo!). Thank you
As a vegetarian with a carnivorous husband, dining out is often a challenge, especially in pubs. This week I have to say that we both had an utterly delicious dinner together at The Plough in Henfield. The starter of crispy veg in tempura batter, which we shared, could not have been crunchier or spicier. My veg ‘stew’ was exquisite and Ottolenghi would have been proud of the delicate green, aromatic sauce and the al dente veg it contained. My husband’s burger and trimmings was well above average too. The dessert of vegan carrot cake with mango sorbet was also excellent, although a little on the sweet side for me. Very courteous service too. We’ll be back. And all for 38 plus a 5 tip. You do need to book at this very popular venue.
Visited the Plough yesterday for lunch. The service was first class and friendly and the meal was delicious ( home made steak pie with mash and vegetables.Also very good with distancing etc and a relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Hope to visit again soon, thank you
