Lamb shank was nice and tasty. Vegetables however overcooked and hot on the out side cold in the middle. Seemed to be microwaved and not fresh :( Beef Gravy baguette was okay. Small chopped pieces of beef ..would have preferred sliced beef . Gravy far too peppery spoilt the sandwich as couldnt eat it :( Staff here are lovely friendly polite . Nice atmosphere. Would go back

Great traditional pub to call into for a pint. All the staff were very friendly and your made to feel welcome has soon has you walk in. Brilliant outdoor seating I will definitely be calling in again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend for a visit.
We only discovered this little country pub very recently. Today was our second visit; decent beer, good wine, lovely friendly and helpful staff and exquisite food. Prices are very reasonable. Top marks.
