Great little pub we have visited over the years Great selection of real ales and ciders and a warm welcome...however on Iast visit Sunday there was no social distancing in queue at bar...and nothing said by Staff which was quite worrying. Lovely food but dissappointedly served on cold plates on last 3 visits which leaves half your meal cold half way through. Nice friendly Staff.

This true old school country pub is an absolute hidden gem. I new there was a pub around here but I had no idea that it would be so amazing. Me and my wife stumbled across this lovely inn while out walking on a stunning day of weather last Monday. Due to its isolated location I thought there was no chance that it would be open on a monday lunchtime, but how wrong could I be. Seeing the door was open, we walked in to be confronted by an almost full bar of people having lunch from the special 4.95 menu. With 5 real ale pumps and a true pub feel, we spent an hour having a bite to eat and just enjoying the atmosphere, whilst new customers, young and old, just kept on coming. This must surely be one of the most interesting pubs to visit in South Wales.

Best pub in Wales, especially after a long day hiking in the rain. The food is amazing and they have a great selection of local beer and cider.
