First pub in Isle of Wight I have visited for a year with all the problems we have had as we live on the mainland. I was impressed at the excellent way they handled the correct and safe way of coming in and enjoying. Despite the restrictions still provided a friendly approach. Nice to feel safe and enable one to get some life.

Great proper traditional adults and drinks only pub. Great range of lagers and ciders plus two real ales that are all well kept. Friendly staff
A local's pub but don't let that put you off. Very friendly, warm fire & the one real ale, Courage Directors, was in excellent condition.
Nice local pub and whilst make us very welcome the regime made us feel very secure.
Nice beer.... very much a locals pub in in all the best ways...
