Plough & attic rooms always make the effort when we are there. Ate here last Sunday - roast beef & a beef pie. Both were delicious & came with a varied medley of veg, as well as roast potatoes that were perfect! Safe, clean & friendly village pub & restaurant, that really needs everyone's support right now. In return, you'll receive a lovely home cooked meal & excellent service.

This is a lovely little country pub in a beautiful building. It is cozy and snug with a roaring open fire. It is a great place to go for a drink or a meal. They have a good selection on the menu and the food was well cooked and presented. They also have a nice selection of ales and wines. I can very much recommend this place and will be going back.

Lovely experience at The Plough in Rusper. Went for a lunch time meal and drinks, the staff were super friendly and really helpful, the food was delicious and the range of vegan food was good too!! Sitting outside in the autumn sunshine and taking in village life was lovely. We will definitely be back.

I went there during the weekend. Nice pub, clean. Tasty food, not overcrowded. Great place for a meal with Friends.

Very disappointing experience ! A party of 3 of us went for lunch the roast was over cooked and very dry the chicken leg meat was as crunchy as pork crackling ! My green veg was steamed until it was yellow roast potatoes were soggy like heated in a microwave no homemade Yorkshire pudding they were missing The gravy was separate in the tiniest of sauce boats. all of that for 14.95 The kids meal burger was again as dry as a bone although the chips would have been quite nice if they were hot , in fact all the food was cold probably because the plates were also stone cold. We sat in the garden which was totally un kept and a real mess , I would not visit there again or recommend it to anyone . unfortunately i paid in advance for our food and had to leave as we had to be somewhere and i could not get anywhere near the bar otherwise i would have complained .
