The Sunday menu was small but perfectly formed. The food was well presented and cooked well. The staff were very helpful and had definitely been well trained in customer service. The only downside to the Pledwick Inn is the amount of noise in the dining area. This is my third visit and the noise in the dining area is a huge minus to my dining experience. It is so bad I couldn't hear my partner who was sat opposite me. I hope the owners can look into some way to minimise it.

Best Sunday lunch I've had out for a long time. Food was delicious, large portions, great value. Service was excellent. Thorough social distancing measures in place. Definitely recommend for Sunday lunch.
Great pub with a large raised patio seating area and enormous beer garden beyond. Current table service due to Covid-19 actually makes a visit more of a pleasure, and all the staff are friendly. Peroni on draft and a nice Sauvignon Blanc served in a clean good quality wine glass (amazing how many pubs get that wrong), and wood fired pizzas great too. Recommended.
Service was excellent and there was a great atmosphere. We ordered some food which was very nice. I had the dirty cheeseburger pizza and truffle fries, the food came very quickly which is always a bonus.
Service great, lovely lad who brought water for the dog without asking. Very rare you get staff who actually engage with you, rather than sullen, don't want to be here looks. Brilliant, great beer garden, soft music playing which makes you feel like you're on holiday. Great pub. Disappointed only pizzas today coz we were looking forward to seafood platter, but totally understood as per situation. Totally reccomend a visit.
