Not a good eating take out experience. BBQ chicken was small and cheap and lost in a previously frozen but half charred bun that fell apart. It looked like a child had put it together. Sauce was too sickly and sweet. Kebab meat in other meal tasted good but some was definitely cut much earlier as some of it was very crispy and dry. 2 stars given because some chips were hot and sauce was nice in kebab.
Rapid response and friendly service, food top notch, come still pipping hot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Ordered online for collection at a specified time. By the time I'd arrived (some 30 mins after ordering), my order had not come through their system so my order wasn't ready at the scheduled time. No matter, the staff were extremely apologetic and set on with cooking my order. It was ready within 10 mins which is hardly a hardship to wait ! I had forgotten to place a garlic bread dish with my order and asked for this to be added to my order - it wasn't a problem and it was provided free of charge for the inconvenience. A small token that made a big difference - not for the value, moreso the offer to make up for something that had gone slightly wrong. The food was delicious and the chicken kebab exceptional. An excellent food service and I would highly recommend to people looking for takeaway pizza or chicken kebab.
