My review is actually two areas. Evan really knows pinball machines. I won't argue that. He knows the innards. He came the 1st time, on time. He told me I needed a part, and told me what I needed to fix the machine. He told me to call him when the part came. I did a week later. He refused to return my texts on multiple attempts to reach him to reschedule. Almost 2 months later, he finally said he'd come on the next Monday. He never came, never texted me. I paid him 15015 I paid myself for the part, and my pinball machine did not get fixed by him. Pleasant guy, but not someone I could trust again. He had no problem leaving me holding the bag, and a real businessman should keep promises to return to complete a job.
