Stayed here as a birthday treat. Was a warm, friendly welcome on arrival. Absolutely loved our room, was so cosy, clean and comfortable. The bar area felt extremely safe with seated service and plenty of room between tables etc. Gorgeous building and decor. Enjoyed a cooked breakfast which was well presented and delicious! Had the restaurant to ourselves which was lovely. Close enough to explore Harrogate Town centre and also Ripley castle.

Fantastic food. Service second to none. We enjoyed a great 2 night stay. Staff couldn't do enough for us, particularly the Manager who was originally from Sheffield. Great location, as it was just down the road from the centre of Harrogate. Knaresborough not too far, it's a pretty little place and all in a short drive of The Pine Martin
Just returned from a two night break for my husband's 50th birthday. Before we arrived I had sent an email via the website to request something a little extra special for my husband, did not expect the works but maybe a cake or a bottle of wine. I did not get a response from the email and nothing was mentioned while we were there. Also we could not connect to the wifi and the TV had only basic channels, we did mention this and we were offered a complimentary breakfast which was very nice, but we had it added to our bill when we checked out. I thought the hotel was a little shabby in places one being our bathroom which had a cobweb and spider in it. Other than the things I have mentioned the hotel is a stunning building.
Food was delicious. Lovely place. Social distancing was provided at all times.
