Warm friendly staff and a good service. Lively fun atmosphere. It's worth waiting in the queue. The breakfast burger was a delightful mess of great flavour quality ingredients. Good bacon and sausage. The full breakfast was great too with a homemade hash brown .

Lovely spot for a socially distanced birthday breakfast with our daughter and her fiance. Great choice, especially good veggie and vegan options. Reasonably priced. Great coffee too.
The food was very nice & freshly prepared. They are currently working with a reduced menu which is the only reason it gets 4 rather than 5 stars (I only went for the Egg Benedict & it wasn't on!) The salads looked really nice (especially the watermelon & feta one) Overall the atmosphere was great and such a nice place to go to away from the busy York city centre. Will be going again when the full menu is back available.
One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. My husband had Andy's brekkie and I had the Breakfast Burger and we didn't want them to end. Super friendly staff and the nicest food. I wish there was one of these in Newcastle - Well worth the 10 min walk out of York centre. TREMENDOUS! 10/10
So lucky to have a few amazing cafes on Bishy Road but Pig will always be our favourite. Amazing coffee, fantastic selection of baked goods and always wonderful service. (Also hilarious chalkboards).
