A very positive experience visiting the shop in Bath with my son. We arrived around 10 on Saturday and were left to explore, and for him to play a number of pianos. Staff were attentive when asked, but left us to it otherwise. We chose a piano after after a relaxed and enjoyable hour in the multiple, well laid out rooms and it has now been delivered on time the following week. Highly recommended.
Wide range of pianos, including electric, which is what we were looking for. Helpful staff, although not terribly knowledgeable. She was willing and able to go and find the extra information, but you may have to ask for the owner to get a real expert view. Great to browse.
Today the removal team arrived and did the impossible! Having been told by another mover that there was no way that upright piano can be taken down those stairs, Martin, Shay and their colleague (sorry, didn't get your name) worked their magic in about 20 minutes. Totally professional, caring, friendly and helpful they took the instrument down a very awkward and narrow staircase, out of the house, and into their van. It was then delivered safely to the workshop for some renovation work and I look forward to meeting the team again when they deliver the piano to my house (with an easier access!). When we visited the showroom to discuss the work to be done we were impressed by the information we were given and within 30 minutes of the piano reaching the workshop John was on the phone to me assuring me that options and estimates would be forthcoming within the next few days. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you.
