Excellent service & communication. Picked up my smashed iPhone XR during lockdown from my house, using social distancing measures, and returned it fully fixed a couple of hours later. Even came to a different address to drop it back off. Phone working perfectly. Would absolutely recommend
Earlier today I dropped my phone and smashed screen; I put it on Facebook and got lots of advice on where to go to get it fixed; I didn’t think this was possible during lockdown. A friend recommended ‘The Phone Shop’; I sent them a message on Facebook, not expecting a reply. To cut a long story short; my phone was picked up at 3.30pm from home, using social distancing measures. It was returned to me at 5.30pm; it’s perfect. Absolutely fabulous, professional service, great price. I thoroughly recommend this shop. Thank you
