Very happy with the installation. I had 2 Zappi chargers and a hub installed at home. Although the installation date was delayed by 6 weeks due to the unexpected lockdown for covid-19, the Phoenix team was in touch with me. The work on the day was completed to a high standard and my place was left nice and tidy at the end. The build quality of the products appear good. I received a working demo of the set up and all the documentation, including the application for OLEV grant, was completed electronically. All the staff at the Phoenix offices I interected with on phone and email appeared to be nice, helpful and considerate people. Although my initial reason for choosing this company was their competitive price quote, I soon realised that I put my trust in good hands. I would highly recommend this company for EV charger installation.
