Went last night for the 4 course Christmas fayre menu and it was incredible. All courses cooked to perfection, excellent portion sizes and very reasonably priced. Outdoor pods are very cute if a little cold when the winds blowing but didn't take away from the top class food and service; we had two different waiting staff and both were excellent. Really would recommend to anyone thinking about going definitely go back

One of the best food we had during our trip to England. We order a pie, a pork belly with crackling and a chicken dish. The pork belly with crackling and the gravy was unforgettable.
Great service and food. Ate in one of the outdoor pods at the Pheasant and the staff were very friendly and helpful even though they were having to brave the cold weather.
Can't rate this place highly enough! Fantastic, home-cooked meals, at incredibly good value! Service with a smile, with nothing too much trouble.
Lovely establishment. Clean and friendly helpful staff. Prices are very good for what you get. Varied menu to suit all needs. Highly recommended.
