Wonderful old thatched Pub-Restraunt, in a beautiful location. Very characterful building, full of oak beams, and furnished to match. Terrific menu on offer, both food and drinks, Very professionally run. Can not go too wrong here. I imagine it would be wise to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

A great place . Have been coming here for nearly 30 years . Food is very good, wine selection excellent and service friendly. The setting is delightful.
A quick bite and a very tasty one too. I had popped in for a sandwich and asked for smoked salmon. They had no smoked salmon and offered me their excellent home cured trout instead. It was a very good choice and one of the tastiest cured fish sandwiches I've had for a long time. Highly recommended.
