Got my hamster from here (God rest his soul.) Lovely staff and fish are cheap as anything! Please remember they are not just for Christmas they're for life. Take it home with ya ! Peace.

Friendly and patient staff, we were buying three new coats for our poodles and the lady was was attentive
I was at a party in the New Forest this week and met two gentlemen who absolutely raved about this traditional pet shop. I shall certainly make a point of visiting the store when I’m next in Ripon.
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Great independent shop, Highly recommend it
The Pet Shop Ripon is a wonderful, and truly independent, pet shop where you need purchase only ONE small item to have it delivered free of charge and where prices compare so very favourably with other pet shops in North Yorkshire. The owner and her two assistants are both animal lovers and owners, who are fully experienced, very caring, helpful and knowledgeable, and offer a terrific customer service. Quality of products is so important to them, and every customer is valuable - both animal and owner, of course!!. I highly recommend this pet shop to all pet owners in Ripon and surrounding areas.
