Great pub, friendly staff and a nice selection of beers. And the food was spot on as well.
Cracking pub, only stopped for a drink. Hannah the manager was friendly and engaging,she even laughed when I told her the joke about the American guys who couldn't pronounce Llanfairpwll---------goch. She must have heard it a thousand times. Will be back for some food.
Atmosphere, staff, beer and food all top notch. We couldn't fault the Penrhos Arms and will certainly be returning. I can highly recommend the steak sandwich and chocolate dome dessert!
We chanced on this place and we were really glad we did. They happily accommodated eight hungry travellers who came in the the off chance. The service was excellent and the staff lovely and friendly. The food we had was amazing, the portions were good and it was really good value for money. Would most definitely recommend.
