Food fresh, veg are perfectly cooked. Good home cooking not expensive. Quality of food overall excellent with friendly service and nice atmosphere. I didn't have dessert because I prefer starter and main. Others enjoyed dessert who were in the party of six. Covid19 protection was adhered to throughout evening and enforced when slipped up.

Took my daughter and niece to their Santa's grotto, they stage it every year and people from the community volunteer to make it a really nice experience for the children.
Fabulous food to take away will be going again. Can not wait untill pub open again to serve food in doors. In the meantime will collect take away.
This is my favourite place to come for a Sunday dinner. I go for the beef which is always decent. Nice atmosphere, it's a small country pub. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They've got a small selection of beers but there's enough for everyone. The deserts are delicious. And they do amazing home cooked chips.
Amazing food, very friendly and traditional country pub. Highly recommend.
