We needed a \light touch\ survey where our neighbours had consented to works on an external garage with a shared party wall. I contacted the Party Wall Collective and a surveyor came out within 2 days. She was very polite and thorough with both us and our neighbours. The subsequent report was high quality and good value. Overall a very good service.
