The Park Hotel

This is a superb traditional pub. Recently refurbished and classy in appearance. Lots of resonably priced ales and cider. The owners Mike and Rona are lovely welcoming hosts and their daughter Shell is the chef. The menu has a mixture of traditional pub grub and delicious home recipe curries and stews. During the daytime it is full of local banter and on some evenings they have music or karaoke. The sun-trap garden is a 'must see'! All the tables are painted in bright summer colours and there is a suberb 'Caribbean Island' mural painted on the surrounding walls. Lots of flowers too. I highly recommend giving the Park a visit.
