Really friendly and helpful staff, doing their best to make sure everyone is safe and welcome. The 60's ambience is authentic and very well maintained (not a speck of dust in the place!) The food is also lovely! I had the fish and chips, served to me personally by the Chef. The fish was fresh, the batter, crispy and light, the chips, crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle

Made to feel very unwelcome. Apparently people feel 'strange in these times'.. tell that to the nurses that have worked for 6 months in a pandemic. We were just having a laugh, it's a pub and its bank holiday - nothing too bad. Treated very badly and it was my birthday. If you want a fun and relaxed time, maybe dont come here. Lovely pub and looks nice but if your laugh is louder than the music you'll be scorned at.
A nice little pub. Staff are friendly. I work for Hall & Woodhouse but in the managed house division, so it’s nice to see a Partnership house. They seem to have a nice crowd of regulars but are more than welcoming to anyone. My friend loves Leffe which is one of the reasons we visit!
