I love this restaurant. Luckily it is right across the street from my dental practice. The food is wonderful and the staff is great. We had a nice dinner tonight in the glass patio room. They are doing a wonderful job considering the covid restrictions and safety concerns.

Had an intimate dinner here a few weeks ago. The meal was delicious, my steak was done perfectly. The service from the moment you walk in is the reason you come to a high end steak house like this. Ivo did a great job anticipating our needs. He was great without being overbearing. Would definitely return. We have been to several locations of the Palm and all have been splendid. You will not be disappointed.
Food was not that flavorful. A piece of hair was on the plate of scallops. And it might have been placed there on purpose. The atmosphere didn't seem all that clean either. Kitchen staff eating in eyesight, no gloves, no hand washing. They took it back and we got compt for it. The ones they brought back were room temperature and rubbery. Can't help but think those were the same scallops they took away the first time. I did like the way the salmon was not dry but it was bland. No herbs in sight just a lemon wedge that didn't look fresh on the plate. This place does not seem 5 star. Won't be back.
Our first encounter with The Palm (Tyson Corners, VA) this year was dreadful but last week we took a venture to their other location in Washington, DC. They earned FIVE Stars. First, our server Mr. John has served several Presidents and made us feel at home. Chef prepared meals that fit each of our desires and the French Martini that came from the bar for the after dinner drink was exceptional. Bravo for picking up the slack of your sister location across the river.
It has been a long time wish to come to this restaurant. The service and food were excellent. I highly recommend coing to this fine upscale establishment for a very enjoyable experience.
