Danny from The Palm was super nice and incredibly accommodating! Definitely always coming back here. We had a slight miscommunication of how the steak would be prepared, but Danny helped us make it right and it was the best steak we’ve had. Such a wonderful restaurant filled with really nice staff!

The Palm was a great restaurant that slightly stumbled on the landing. My wife greatly enjoyed her lobster dinner, it was near perfection. My steak however was not, well presented but rare when I ordered medium and it just didn’t carry the overall flavor I was expecting especially when compared to the other steak houses in the Palms surrounding area. The service was top notch, my waiter was fantastic. As a matter of fact if I return to the Palm it would be because of the service. The one thing I would like to add that really bothered me was the sales pitch for the loyalty card that offers rewards for other restaurants. This doesn’t scream luxury in anyway, I did take the offer but only because my waiter was so great I wanted ensure if there was an incentive for him to sell this offer that he received it. To summarize - Great location, great staff, good food,bizarre loyalty program.
Bad customer service. We made a reservation for our anniversary and made a request on the type of table we wanted. On arrival they (the bald dude at the front) dumped us on any table they deemed appropriate. Many of the tables had a “reserved” sign on it, which just indicates they don’t show the same respect to all their customers. Just go to Fleming’s instead, they will honor your request and will treat you with respect.
Still a classic experience. My favorite is to sit at the bar - the bar is a separate, cozy part of the restaurant, and sip a martini while enjoying a light salad. The bartenders always provide excellent service and conversation.
Very good customer service. Our food was delicious. They offer complementary valet for patrons.
