I emailed this company to get a quote on a custom design job for a guitar. They responded promptly with an incredibly detailed and comprehensive reply as to how they would do the job and the cost involved. They were honest about the complexities of the job that I had not considered, which other companies were not, and offered a much better price than the other companies I reached out to. I decided not to go ahead with the job, but the time taken just for the response and the honesty of it was incredibly admirable. Deserves 5 stars for customer service alone!
