Quirky little cafe but nice all the same. Shame there was no printed menus - unfortunately I had no data left on my phone and the other party didn't have their phone which seemed to disgruntle the waitress who told us that as there was no one sitting where the menu was on the wall we could view it there. (Not everyone has phones or access to online menus!). We turned up unbooked and had to sit outside but the fence around the garden area acted like a wind breaker and was actually fairly pleasant to sit in. Food nice, would visit again if in the area

As its newly re opened we didn't book as we weren't sure they were open for dining in but luckily we got a table. Breakfast menu was right up our street with avocado and sour dough bread with lots of choice for alternative milks in your coffee. Lovely staff and great decor. Also dog friendly!!!
Loved the veggie breakfast roll, great coffee too. Excellent Covid safety measures in place.
The Paddle has some great choices of breakfasts, brunches and lunches and the quality of the dishes is amazing. I have been here a few times and always had a lovely breakfast or brunch. Today's Shakshuka dish was scrumptious with the feta cheese, baked egg and sourdough. I highly recommend this gem of a café!
Been here twice in the past couple of weeks. Polite and attentive service, yummy “home-cooked” selection of brunch specials with a twist.
