After a few days my used bike ran into trouble, I had to change a wheel, fix the brakes and other little things but thanks to The Oxford Bicycle Company Ltd all the problems have been solved. Dave is an expert cycle mechanic who does quick and high quality repairs at very reasonable prices. Amazing customer service... just the best bike shop in Oxford, highly recommended.
Always friendly service. No ego and no bike snobbishness that you find in some of the other bike shops. Good reasonable prices too.
What a great shop, we had been looking for a bicycle for my wife. It appears that the whole of Oxford have sold out of them. Dave, the owner, helped my wife with the choice of bike, he was amazing. Even gave directions to a great pub for lunch while he det the bike up for her. I couldn't recommend Oxford Bicycles any hire. Keep the independent retailers going.
