I entertained residents at The Owls today and was pleasantly surprised how neat and tidy it was inside and out. The Manager and staff were polite, friendly and eager to motivate the residents to join in. I've been entertaining in care homes for 8 years and this is the first care home where the Manager took an active part by joining in with the residents. All in all top marks from me.
