Never received a service as prestige as the one Ostler Horse and Carriage provide. If you’re looking for a Horse & Carriage, look no further. From the minute you book their only intention is to make sure you receive the best possible service, you’re happy with everything down to the finest detail and everything goes to plan with no hiccups. Julie, our Ostler Coordinator treated us as one of the family, the passion put in to the service was as if her own child was getting married. They understand the importance of the day, assuring everything goes to plan. Communication - was attentive, again, making sure that they are where we need them to be at a specific place at a specific time. Very flexible to your needs. Punctuality - arrived and set up perfectly in time, with time to spare in case. Professionalism - the whole team, from booking team to the Coachmen (Carriage driver) were all outstanding. The horses were incredible like the ones from the Lloyd’s bank advert, nicely groomed, calm and composed for photos. Carriage was dressed up nicely, with flowers and decorated, with a lovely crown on top of the Cinderella carriage. I have never seen something get as much attention as this horse and carriage, people were stopping their cars in the middle of the road to take photos. If I need a horse and carriage again, I know where I’ll be booking, definitely recommend. Thank you Ostler for everything and making sure everything went to plan stress free.

I booked these last year for my son and daughter in law a Christmas wedding the horse and carriage was absolutely beautiful. We had the most awful rain but the service was amazing from booking to the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend this company there fantastic

Hired a horse and carriage for our wedding last month and went for a carriage that could be used open top (however due to the time of the year left this closed it was nice to have the option). We also chose to have 2 black Friesian horses, King and Gilbert who were both stunning. Our coaching staff were Alan and Paulette who were both very friendly and extremely professional from start to finish. Paulette had given me a call the day before just to go over the final details and put me at ease over the whole process. Also want to say a massive thank you to Joy who dealt with me in the early stages of the booking who was always very helpful and a pleasure to talk to, would of course highly recommend, thank you again xx
